Scouting rates vary by the project, if it the scout/project are union or non-union, the kind of project it is, the time perameters involved, and the scout’s availability. Everyone needs to be paid fairly for their time and expertise.
A good scout will save you money further down the line and everyone needs to make a decent living. All of that said, expect rates ranging from 250€-1,000€/day plus mileage/vehicle reimbursement, and out-of-pocket expenses (such as parking fees, tolls, a reasonable lunch). The median rate is about 500€-600€/day. There are scouts that charge more.
